Women's Self Defense
This program is designed for individuals who are interested in basic self defense techniques. Not everyone likes confrontation, but we all need to posses the ability to protect ourselves and our family if put in the situation. The techniques in this program are very basic and very effective. Nothing is more important than personal safety.
